Plover, Wisconsin – The Women In Trucking Association (WIT) released its 2026 "Top Companies for Women to Work in Trucking" list, highlighting organizations dedicated to supporting and advancing women in the transportation sector. The award, established in 2018, aims to recognize companies that foster gender diversity and provide opportunities for career growth.
Companies were evaluated based on criteria including corporate culture, compensation and benefits, professional development, and career advancement opportunities. The list includes a variety of sector players such as motor carriers, third-party logistics providers, and original equipment manufacturers.
Among the recognized companies, the "Elite 30" are those receiving the most votes. This group includes prominent names like ArcBest, Averitt, Bennett Family of Companies, Daimler Truck North America, and FedEx Freight.
