Wonder Workshop's Blockly Pro Now Displays Code in Python

Wonder Workshop's web-based coding environment, Blockly Pro, has been updated to include support for the Python programming language. The enhancement allows students to view the same Dash program in three distinct representations: as visual Blockly blocks, in JavaScript, and now in Python.

This new functionality aims to help students understand how the block-based commands they are familiar with translate into text-based code. The goal is to foster a deeper comprehension of programming fundamentals and facilitate the transition to text-based coding.

Wonder Workshop has focused on providing accessible tools for coding education. The addition of Python to Blockly Pro represents an effort to create a more comprehensive learning experience for young coders. The update is available immediately.
