Wood Partners has announced the start of construction for Village Park, a 372-unit multifamily development located in North Charlotte. The project is being developed in partnership with Sarofim Realty Advisors and is situated adjacent to the company’s previous Prosperity Village development.
The development addresses the sustained demand for rental housing in the North Carolina market, where population growth continues to drive the need for new residential units. By returning to the Prosperity Church corridor, Wood Partners aims to leverage its existing regional knowledge and development infrastructure.
