Work4Flow has launched a new ServiceNow-native tool that optimizes knowledge articles to improve search relevancy and prepare enterprise content for AI.
CUPERTINO, Calif. – Work4Flow, a ServiceNow Premier Partner, has released Knowledge Article Optimizer with Search Relevancy. The solution is native to the ServiceNow platform and aims to enhance the discoverability of enterprise content and prepare it for agentic AI.
The tool analyzes user searches to identify information retrieval challenges and then evaluates the quality of existing knowledge articles. It provides AI-generated recommendations for optimizing titles, descriptions, and content, ensuring information is accessible to both humans and AI systems.
