Milton Keynes, UK – WorkBuzz, a technology company specializing in employee listening, announced today its acquisition of Hive, a UK-based employee engagement platform. The deal brings together two businesses focused on capturing employee feedback to drive organizational improvement.
Hive serves commercial, public sector, and non-profit organizations with its employee engagement solutions. WorkBuzz stated that the acquisition is driven by a shared belief that hearing employees leads to better workplaces and improved performance.
Steven Frost, CEO of WorkBuzz, highlighted Hive's strong customer relationships and expertise. He indicated that Hive customers will gain access to WorkBuzz's broader technological capabilities, including AI-powered tools like 'Perspectives' and 'People Science AI,' and the recently launched 'Dialogue' feature for real-time feedback.
