The World Intelligent Connected Vehicle Conference is scheduled to take place in Beijing from October 21 to 23, 2026. The event is jointly hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Transport, and the Beijing Municipal People's Government.
The World Intelligent Connected Vehicle Conference will be held in Beijing from October 21 to 23, 2026, at the Beiren Yichuang International Convention and Exhibition Center in Beijing's Yizhuang area. The conference is jointly hosted by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Transport, and the Beijing Municipal People's Government.
The conference theme is "Gathering Wisdom and Energy, Infinite Connectivity – Steadily Advancing into the New Era of Intelligent Connected Vehicles." Its objective is to establish a high-level exchange platform focused on policy alignment, co-creation of technology, industry integration, and international cooperation.
The event will feature three plenary sessions and three special activities centered on industrial development trends. These include an opening ceremony, a general assembly, and a closing ceremony, where global government representatives, international organizations, authoritative experts, and industry leaders will convene. Additionally, three specific forums will be held: a roundtable on international cooperation in the automotive industry, a Sino-German forum on intelligent connected vehicle collaboration, and a forum on industrial coordinated development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
Furthermore, six thematic forums will address core issues such as policies and regulations, standards, key technologies, application ecosystems, and digital transformation. Six concurrent side events will delve into specialized areas including in-vehicle communication technology, automotive chip ecosystems, and the application of artificial intelligence.
An accompanying exhibition, the China International New Energy and Intelligent Connected Vehicle Exhibition, will offer enhanced interactive experiences and showcase digital factory tours. The proportion of international participants is expected to be close to 50%, highlighting the event's global reach and focus on international collaboration.
