Wrightwell Appoints Craig Krandel as Head of Capital Markets

Wrightwell has appointed Craig Krandel as Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets. The move is intended to bolster the firm's financing capabilities and enhance the capital solutions offered to investors and partners.

In his new role, Krandel will lead the firm's capital markets strategy and execution. He will support acquisitions, financing initiatives, and investment activity across Wrightwell's residential real estate platform.

The company stated that the appointment reflects Wrightwell's ongoing investment in building institutional-quality capabilities and improving its ability to deliver creative and efficient financing solutions.

Craig Krandel brings over three decades of experience in fixed income, structured finance, and residential real estate capital markets. Previously, he served as Chief Investment Officer and Head of Capital Markets at Beacon Ridge Capital Management. He also led capital markets initiatives at Amherst Residential, where he was responsible for originating over $6 billion in financing for single-family rental portfolios.

Wrightwell focuses on the acquisition and management of build-to-rent and multifamily communities in high-growth markets across the United States.
