Chinese automaker Wuling has announced that its Starlight 730 MPV has surpassed 60,000 cumulative sales in less than nine months since its launch on November 12, 2025. The Starlight 730 has demonstrated strong performance in its domestic market, ranking first in sales among Chinese domestic MPV brands from January to July 2026. It has also held the top position for MPV sales within the 150,000 yuan price bracket for nine consecutive months. The model has expanded into international markets, with exports to 25 countries including Indonesia, Kazakhstan, and Thailand. Furthermore, the Starlight 730 topped the MPV sales charts in Hong Kong in June 2026 and ranked second in overall passenger car sales for the month. The Starlight 730 is available in gasoline, plug-in hybrid, and fully electric versions. Pricing starts at 73,000 yuan (approximately $10,000 USD) for the gasoline variant. The vehicle measures 4910 x 1850 x 1770 mm with a 2910 mm wheelbase, featuring a "2+2+3" seating arrangement and a class-exclusive electric sliding door.
