WuXi XDC Licenses Technology Platform to Ona Therapeutics

WuXi XDC Cayman Inc. has entered into an out-licensing agreement with Ona Therapeutics for its WuXiTecan-2 payload-linker technology platform. The agreement aims to advance Ona Therapeutics' research and development of novel antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).

WuXi XDC operates as a global Contract Research, Development, and Manufacturing Organization (CRDMO) specializing in ADCs and other bioconjugates. The company is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the stock code 2268.HK.

The licensing of the technology will enable Ona Therapeutics to utilize the payload-linker system developed by WuXi XDC in its efforts to create new ADC therapies. This technology is a key component in the development of targeted cancer treatments.
