Xenetic Biosciences and PeriNess Initiate Large B-Cell Lymphoma Study

Xenetic Biosciences and PeriNess announced the first patient has been dosed in an investigator-initiated study. The study, conducted at Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center, will assess systemic DNase in combination with CAR T-cells as a treatment for large B-cell lymphoma.

Large B-cell lymphoma is an aggressive cancer, and novel therapeutic approaches are crucial for improving patient outcomes. CAR T-cell therapies have shown efficacy in certain blood cancers, and their combination with treatments like DNase could offer new avenues.

The study, designed and led by the researchers at Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center, aims to provide data on the safety and potential efficacy of this combination therapy for patients with this challenging disease.

Xenetic Biosciences and PeriNess will monitor the study's progress and findings.
