Xiaomi Auto Launches Summer Service Program with Free Vehicle Checks and Roadside Assistance

Xiaomi Auto has introduced its "Summer Care" service initiative, running from July 11 to October 10. The program covers ten provinces throughout China, including Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet, Qinghai, Shaanxi, Gansu, Xinjiang, Ningxia, and Inner Mongolia.

The service includes complimentary inspections of ten key vehicle components, such as lighting, chassis, tires, and the air conditioning system. Customers visiting service centers within the campaign period can also receive a free "emergency kit" containing first-aid and utility items.

A significant feature is the provision of 24-hour free roadside assistance. This applies to any breakdown or accident that renders the vehicle inoperable, with no limits on the number of uses, mileage, or type of rescue, including towing.

Additionally, Xiaomi Auto offers a "journey continuation guarantee." After a vehicle is towed, the company will arrange free transportation for the driver and up to five companions to the nearest town, facilitating the continuation of their travel plans. A separate service for summer disaster weather protection has also been deployed.
