Xiaomi Auto Launches Winter Service Campaign in Eight Northern Chinese Provinces

Xiaomi Auto has announced the launch of its "Northern Eight Provinces Winter Service Care" initiative, providing a range of complimentary services and support measures.

The campaign is active from October 15, 2026, to March 31, 2027, and covers the provinces of Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Gansu, and Ningxia. The aim is to ensure vehicle reliability and safety during harsh winter conditions.

Services include one free winter inspection covering 15 vehicle safety checks, such as lights, suspension, tire pressure, and battery condition. Customers can also borrow snow chains free of charge upon need, with advance reservation required. The program also offers complimentary labor for one set of winter tire changes and one change back to standard tires, provided the customer supplies the tires.

Xiaomi Auto is also providing free winter tire storage until the end of December 2027. Additionally, customers benefit from unlimited, free roadside assistance for breakdowns or accidents, including towing to the nearest service center or charging station. The company will also offer free vehicle delivery after repairs if the service is performed within the campaign region.
