Xiaomi Expands Apple Device Integration in HyperOS 4

Xiaomi announced expanded integration with Apple devices in its HyperOS 4 operating system on October 7. The new features enable users to share photos, files, contacts, and web pages across both Apple and Xiaomi ecosystems.

The system supports two-way access to iPhone and Xiaomi cloud photo albums, notification syncing, and message replies without switching phones. This integration also extends to iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices.

On Mac and iPad, users can view and operate their Xiaomi phone through Xiaomi's connectivity app, provided compatible software versions, a shared Xiaomi account, and the required network connection are met.

HyperOS 4 first debuted with the Xiaomi 18 Pro series in September, with a broader rollout scheduled to begin on October 15.
