Chinese technology firm Xiaomi has reduced the price of its "Fast Cool" 1.5 horsepower air conditioning unit. The 2026 model, initially priced at 1999 yuan, is now available for 1399 yuan through its official flagship store.
The unit comes with a 10-year warranty and features digital vacuum sealing. It also boasts a top-tier energy efficiency rating, classified as Grade 1 with an APF value of 5.30.
The "Fast Cool" model is positioned for rental properties or bedroom use. Xiaomi notes that it is not suitable for extreme heat conditions, such as top-floor apartments or rooms with direct western sun exposure, recommending the "Mijia · Strong Wind Pro" model for such environments.
This price adjustment makes the air conditioner a more accessible option for consumers seeking an economical cooling solution. The promotion highlights the unit's value proposition for users prioritizing affordability and basic cooling needs.
