Chinese technology firm Xiaomi has commenced sales for its Mijia Smart Italian Semi-Automatic Coffee Machine Pro. The device is designed for home use, offering professional-grade features.
The Mijia Smart Italian Semi-Automatic Coffee Machine Pro integrates functions for grinding beans, extraction, and milk frothing. The machine is manufactured by Ningbo Kunlin Technology Co., Ltd. and has a power rating of 2200W.
The coffee machine features a dual-pump and dual-heating system, enabling simultaneous coffee extraction and milk frothing without interference in temperature or pressure. It is equipped with an imported ULKA pump, capable of reaching a peak pressure of 19 bar. The device utilizes a PID algorithm with five NTC temperature sensors for precise temperature control.
Users can customize nine parameters, including grind size, coffee weight, extraction time, water temperature, and pre-infusion settings. The machine connects to the Mijia app, offering hundreds of cloud-based recipes and allowing direct transfer of settings to the device. It features a TFT color display and provides a guided first-time use process.
