Xiaomi Launches Four SkyNomad Range-Extended SUVs
Xiaomi has introduced four new SkyNomad range-extended SUVs, with prices ranging from approximately $29,000 to $41,500. The lineup includes a special Explorer Edition designed for outdoor activities.
Chinese technology giant Xiaomi has launched four new SkyNomad range-extended sport utility vehicles (SUVs). The models include the N70 Pro, N70 Max, N90 Max, and N90 Max Explorer Edition. In China, the vehicles are priced between 209,900 and 299,900 yuan, approximately $29,000 to $41,500 USD.
The N90 Max Explorer Edition is specifically designed for camping and outdoor enthusiasts. It features an electric lifting roof that, when parked off-road, can create a two-level living space. Xiaomi states the upper compartment offers a usable area of 2,110 by 985 millimeters. The rear seats can also fold down to create a 1.87 by 1.24-meter sleeping area.
This launch signifies Xiaomi's continued expansion into the automotive sector. The company, widely recognized for its consumer electronics and smart home devices, is increasingly focusing on new energy vehicles. The SkyNomad SUVs are positioned to compete in the growing market for hybrid and electric vehicles.
