Xiaomi Launches Mi Home Smart Waist and Back Massager
Xiaomi has announced the start of pre-sales for its new Mi Home Smart Waist and Back Massager. The device features a long flexible guide rail and integrated heating.
Chinese technology firm Xiaomi has announced the commencement of pre-sales for its new Mi Home Smart Waist and Back Massager. The device aims to provide targeted massage for the back and waist region, incorporating heating capabilities.
The massager features a 450mm extended flexible dual guide rail, allowing the massage heads to move automatically up and down along the spine, covering the area from the shoulder blades to the lower back. The guide rail's R550mm curvature is designed to fit the natural contour of the back. It includes four massage heads – two larger and two smaller – arranged to simulate finger pressing and relieve muscle fatigue.
Users can select from seven preset massage modes or create custom massage programs via the Mi Home app. The app also enables zone massage for localized muscle relief. Physical buttons are available on the side for direct operation. A graphene heating element covers an area of 10,000 mm², providing therapeutic heat that can be used independently or in conjunction with the massage function.
The device weighs 2.2 kg and has a thickness of less than 75mm. It can also function as a lumbar support when not in use for massage. The massage heads can be repositioned to target calf muscles. It is powered by a 3150mAh battery and charges via a USB Type-C port.
The Mi Home Smart Waist and Back Massager is available for pre-order at a price of 689 Chinese yuan.
