Xiaomi Launches Mijia Rich Mineral Water Purifier 2

Xiaomi has launched its new Mijia Rich Mineral Water Purifier 2, which is now available for pre-order. The initial launch price is set at 2199 yuan (approximately $310 USD), with a subsidized price of 2049 yuan (approximately $285 USD).

The new water purifier is designed to replicate the mineral-rich water from the Ba Ma longevity region. It employs a patented slow-release mineralization technology that aims to stably release six natural minerals, including strontium and zinc. The company claims the strontium content is at least 0.2mg/L, meeting mineral water standards without artificial additives.

The device features a dual-filter system with 9-stage filtration and a 0.0001-micron filtration accuracy. It is designed to effectively remove impurities, chlorine, bacteria, viruses, and heavy metals. Specifically, virus removal is stated to be over 99.99% and heavy metal removal over 99%.

The RO filter uses imported membrane material with a 98.5% desalination rate and an expected lifespan of up to 8 years. The purifier has also received maternal and infant-level water purification certification. Its 1200G high flow rate ensures rapid water dispensing, and the device is engineered for quiet operation.
