Xiaomi Launches New Purple Bluetooth Speaker
Xiaomi has introduced a new purple variant of its Bluetooth Speaker C. The device features IP68 dust and water resistance, an 18W speaker, and up to 14 hours of battery life.
Chinese technology firm Xiaomi has released a new purple color option for its Bluetooth Speaker C. The device is priced at 299 yuan (approximately $40 USD).
The speaker is equipped with an 18W full-range driver and dual passive radiators, intended to deliver rich sound quality and deep bass. It also features customizable 3D lighting effects that can pulse with music, offering users three modes and various color options.
Designed for portability and outdoor use, the speaker boasts an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, allowing it to withstand dusty conditions and rain. Weighing 415 grams, it includes an integrated silicone handle for easy carrying.
Connectivity is handled by Bluetooth 5.0 for fast and stable connections. The speaker supports TWS (True Wireless Stereo) for pairing two units into a stereo setup and Auracast™ technology for connecting up to 100 devices simultaneously for synchronized audio.
The 2600 mAh battery provides up to 14 hours of playback time on a single charge (with lights off and at 40% volume). Additionally, it supports hands-free calling via its built-in microphone. This launch reflects Xiaomi's strategy to offer feature-rich consumer electronics at competitive price points, expanding its audio product line.
