Xiaomi Mi Body Composition Scale 4 Pro launches with USB-C charging for 149 yuan

Xiaomi has begun pre-orders for its new Mi Body Composition Scale 4 Pro in China. This smart scale is the first rechargeable model in the Mi Home product line and is priced at 149 yuan (approximately $21 USD).

The scale features a 300x300mm ITO-coated tempered glass surface, allowing for precise measurements without needing to find a specific foot placement. It supports a weight range of 0.1 to 150kg and accommodates shoe sizes up to 48. The device offers multiple measurement modes, including weighing small items and infants, as well as heart rate detection. It can also record data for multiple pets.

New functionality includes a body data trend display directly on the scale's surface, which compares the current measurement with the previous one. Users can access 25 different body composition analysis reports by connecting the scale to an app. These reports provide detailed insights into body fat, including visceral fat levels and risks of hidden obesity.

The Mi Body Composition Scale 4 Pro utilizes USB-C charging. Its 450mAh lithium battery is rated to last up to 150 days on a single charge, assuming three measurements per day. The scale can store health data for up to 36 family members and also supports body fat measurements for teenagers.
