Xiaomi Mi Home Night Light 4 Launches with Radar Sensing
Xiaomi has introduced the Mi Home Night Light 4, now available via crowdfunding. The new model features 24GHz radar sensing for motion detection and offers up to 8 months of battery life.

Xiaomi has launched its Mi Home Night Light 4, with the product now available through a crowdfunding campaign on the Mi Youpin platform. This latest iteration is equipped with a 24GHz radar sensor and a 120-degree wide-angle lens, enabling it to precisely detect subtle human movements within a 3-meter range in front and 2.5 meters to the side.
The night light automatically turns on when motion is detected in dark conditions and switches off approximately 10 seconds after the movement ceases. It offers four adjustable brightness levels, ranging from 1 to 15 lumens. The device is designed with flicker-free and blue-light-free technology for comfortable, non-glaring illumination, utilizing indirect light reflected off walls.
Battery performance has been enhanced with an 800mAh lithium battery, providing up to 8 months of use on a single charge under typical conditions, thanks to a low-power algorithm. The device features a USB Type-C charging port. Maximum brightness usage reduces battery life to approximately 3 months.
The Mi Home Night Light 4 is priced at 59 yuan (approximately $8.10 USD) for a single unit and 115 yuan (approximately $15.80 USD) for a two-pack during the crowdfunding period. The campaign is scheduled to conclude on September 16.
