Xiaomi has launched its Mi Home Smart Electric Water Heater Pro, an 80-liter model featuring a dual-tank system and "Net Clean" technology. The product went on sale on August 13, 2026, at a price of 1954.15 yuan after government subsidies, down from its retail price of 2499 yuan.
The water heater utilizes a 14x expansion technology, enabling it to deliver approximately 1120 liters of hot water from its 80-liter capacity. This makes it suitable for large homes and multi-person households requiring continuous hot water supply.
The device is equipped with a 3300W dual-tank rapid heating system, offering flexibility with single or dual-tank modes. Users can select single-tank for quick morning use or dual-tank for simultaneous hot water needs of multiple family members.
A key feature is the "strontium-zinc mineral spring bath" function, which releases strontium and zinc minerals to simulate natural mineral water. The "Net Clean" bottle releases scale inhibitors, achieving a 98.3% scale prevention rate, while silver ions provide 99.99% antibacterial properties, ensuring clean water and reducing maintenance.
The water heater boasts a slim, flat design measuring 890 × 607 × 357mm to save bathroom space. Xiaomi provides a 5-year warranty on the entire unit and an 8-year warranty for tank leakage. It also integrates with Xiaomi's smart home ecosystem for remote control and connectivity.
