Chinese technology firm IT Home reported that Xiaomi's N90 Max model has successfully completed a test drive from Shanghai to Beijing without any intermediate charging. Xu Jieyun, Special Assistant to the Chairman and Deputy General Manager of Strategic Marketing at Xiaomi Group, shared the details of the journey.

The test covered a distance of 1230 kilometers, with the vehicle arriving at its destination with 54 kilometers of range still available. During the drive, the average speed was maintained at 104 km/h. The car achieved 323.6 kilometers on pure electric power, and its fuel consumption when the battery was depleted was recorded at 6.7 liters per 100 kilometers.

Previously announced specifications for the N90 Max include a CLTC pure electric range of 464 km and a CLTC comprehensive range of 1705 km. The WLTC fuel consumption with a depleted battery is 6.26L/100km, and it supports gasoline types 92, 95, and 98 octane.

The vehicle also features fast charging capabilities, with a 15-minute charge adding up to 285 km of range. Charging from 20% to 80% capacity takes as little as 18 minutes. This real-world test demonstrates the vehicle's extended range capabilities and efficiency for long-distance travel.
