Chinese tech outlet IT Home reported on August 2nd that Xiaomi provided answers to frequently asked questions regarding its Pui Cheng series of vehicles. Among the topics addressed were the vehicle's flat floor, ease of entry for the elderly and children, and the maintenance and durability of its long seat rails.

According to Xiaomi, the long seat rails in the Pui Cheng N90 Max are constructed from a reinforced 7-series aluminum alloy. The company claims these rails have undergone extensive testing, including 15,000 cycle tests at temperatures ranging from -20°C to 60°C, with no signs of loosening or abnormal noise. Xiaomi emphasized that the wear and maintenance requirements are identical to those of standard seat rails, posing no additional burden to the owner.

The company also detailed the vehicle's interior design, highlighting the completely flat floor extending from the first to the third row. This design, combined with features like power-deploying running boards and a spacious cabin, is intended to facilitate easy entry and movement for all passengers, including seniors and young children. The vehicle is also noted for its generous ground clearance and interior space.

Regarding performance, the Pui Cheng series boasts an impressive electric range of up to 505 km and a combined range of 1705 km. Fast charging capabilities allow for an additional 285 km of range in just 15 minutes, positioning it competitively within the extended-range SUV segment.

Despite its size, Xiaomi asserts that the Pui Cheng N90 Max is designed for ease of use in urban environments and parking. Advanced sensor suites and improved visibility are intended to make maneuvering and parking straightforward, even in tight spaces.
