Xiaomi Releases 27-inch 2K Gaming Monitor with 240Hz Refresh Rate

Chinese technology company Xiaomi has introduced a new gaming monitor, the Redmi G27Q 240Hz 2026 Standard Edition. The device is set to go on sale on October 21, with an initial price not exceeding 799 yuan.

The monitor is equipped with a 27-inch Fast IPS panel, supporting a 2560x1440 resolution and a 240Hz refresh rate. It boasts a 1ms GTG response time and 178-degree viewing angles. The display offers 500 nits of brightness and supports HDR mode. It covers 95% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and 100% of sRGB, with a color accuracy of ΔE<2, confirmed by factory calibration.

The G27Q supports AMD FreeSync Premium technology to prevent screen tearing and ensure a fluid gaming experience. It includes gamer-centric features such as "Dark Field Enhancement Pro" for brightening dark areas, multiple dynamic crosshairs, and a "Night Vision" function for improved visibility in low-light conditions. The monitor can also simulate a 24.5-inch screen size for optimized gaming views.

Connectivity options include two DP 1.4 ports, two HDMI 2.0 ports, and an audio interface. The monitor features a height-adjustable stand with swivel and tilt functions, and is wall-mountable (mount sold separately). Xiaomi also highlights eye protection features, including TÜV Rheinland hardware-level low blue light certification and Xiaomi's own eye care solution.
