Xiaomi releases Mijia ergonomic heated seat cushion

Xiaomi has transitioned its Mijia heated seat cushion from a crowdfunding initiative to general retail availability on platforms including JD.com. The product is now listed for direct purchase in China.

Designed with ergonomics in mind, the cushion aims to support the lumbar and pelvic regions. It features an integrated infrared sensor that monitors the user's posture, providing alerts to encourage movement during extended periods of sedentary work.

The device incorporates NTC thermal control technology, allowing users to toggle between three heat settings. It supports both wired and wireless operation, offering flexibility in different environments. Constructed from reinforced nylon and memory foam, the cushion has been tested to withstand 50,000 compression cycles to ensure durability.
