Xiaomi releases Redmi 3C projector at 799 yuan price point

Xiaomi has officially released its latest entry-level projector, the Redmi 3C, priced at 799 yuan. The device utilizes LCD display technology to provide a native 1080p resolution, capable of projecting images between 45 and 100 inches.

Powered by an Amlogic T950S quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, the hardware includes a ToF laser sensor for automatic focus and omnidirectional keystone correction. The unit is rated at 300 CVIA lumens, verified by independent laboratory testing.

Weighing 1.1 kilograms, the projector is designed for portability and home integration. It connects with the Xiaomi smart home ecosystem, allowing users to automate household settings such as light dimming or curtain closure when the device is activated.

Connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and standard ports like HDMI and USB. The device also supports wireless screencasting and includes a 5W speaker system.
