Xiaomi secures SRRC certification for four upcoming smartphone models
Xiaomi has received SRRC regulatory approval for four new smartphone models. The devices are expected to launch in early 2027.
Four new smartphone models from Xiaomi—designated M016EB, M841EE, M077CE, and M540BF—have passed China’s SRRC radio transmission certification. Regulatory filings indicate that these devices are equipped to integrate with the company’s proprietary on-device AI models and vision-processing systems.
The certification data reveals that these devices support a wide range of 5G frequency bands, including n1, n3, n5, n8, n28, n41, and n78. Notably, documentation for the M016EB model shows it does not include support for the n79 5G band (4800–4900 MHz) typically utilized by China Mobile.
Market analysts anticipate these handsets will be released in early 2027. This timeline aligns with the broader industry trend of accelerating release cycles among major Chinese handset manufacturers.
