Xiaomi to unveil new technology architecture and SUV models on July 30
Chinese technology company Xiaomi announced it will present its new "Xiaomi Kunlun" technology architecture on July 30. The event will also introduce two new electric SUV models.
Chinese technology company Xiaomi has announced an upcoming technical unveiling on July 30, where it will introduce its new "Xiaomi Kunlun" technology architecture.
The presentation will focus on the Kunlun platform, detailing its core components including the Kunlun platform itself, super range-extender technology, and comprehensive security features. Alongside the technology reveal, Xiaomi will officially launch two new electric SUV models.
The two SUV models are the Xiaomi Pengcheng N90 Max, a large seven-seater flagship, and the Xiaomi Pengcheng N70 Max, a four-wheel-drive five-seater SUV. Both vehicles will feature range-extender powertrains. The Pengcheng series marks Xiaomi's second line of automobiles, focusing on intelligent, variable-space SUVs.
Xiaomi has invested heavily in the development of these new vehicles. As of June 30, the models underwent 626 days of road testing, spanning two winters and two summers. A total of 566 test vehicles accumulated an extensive 4.28 million kilometers of driving data.
