Chinese automaker XPeng has announced the global debut of its G9L model at the Paris Motor Show, with pricing in France starting at €74,990. The vehicle is set to be rolled out in several European markets, including Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Austria.
The G9L, positioned as a "flagship smart five-seater," was initially launched in China on September 17. It offers buyers a choice between a range-extended powertrain or a fully electric version.
Dimensions for the G9L are 5120mm in length, 1999mm in width, and 1782mm in height, featuring a substantial 3100mm wheelbase. The exterior design incorporates a continuous front and rear light bar. Inside, the cabin is equipped with what XPeng calls an "intelligent four-motor executive central console" that includes foldable tables with voice and screen controls, and integrated 50W wireless charging.
Powertrain options include a fully electric variant with a maximum range of 755km and a range-extended version offering a combined range of 1602km. Both configurations benefit from an 800V high-voltage fast-charging platform.
