Xryma Plc Plans Euronext Listing and Pre-Listing Liquidity Mechanism
Xryma Plc has announced its intention to re-apply for listing on Euronext Paris within twelve months. The company also plans to launch a pre-listing liquidity mechanism and pricing process.

Nicosia, Cyprus – Xryma Plc has announced its intention to re-apply for admission to trading on Euronext Paris within the next twelve months, subject to Euronext approval. Before proceeding with the application, Xryma intends to launch a pre-listing liquidity mechanism and pricing process.
This process will include a private placement to institutional and qualified investors, alongside a secondary market offer for existing shareholders wishing to sell their shares prior to a potential listing. The aim is to provide shareholders with a straightforward way toLiquidate their holdings without the complexities of opening an EU brokerage account.
The mechanism is designed to establish a market-validated reference price for Xryma's shares before a potential Euronext Paris listing. It also seeks to facilitate orderly trading following such a listing, ensuring a clear and orderly opportunity for shareholders to sell their stakes.
Individual communications detailing the pre-listing liquidity plan will be sent to shareholders in August 2026. Major shareholders, SCP Select All Enterprise and SCP Red 5 Solutions, will not participate in the offer and will be subject to lock-up agreements.
