Xryma Plc prepares for Euronext Paris listing
Cyprus-based Xryma Plc intends to apply for listing on Euronext Paris within twelve months. The company is establishing pre-listing liquidity mechanisms and a price formation process.

Xryma Plc, based in Nicosia, Cyprus, announced its intention to seek admission to trading on Euronext Paris within the next twelve months, subject to Euronext's approval. This planned listing follows a period of preparation including the establishment of a pre-listing liquidity mechanism and a price formation process.
The company plans a private placement targeting institutional and qualified investors, alongside a secondary market offer for existing shareholders wishing to divest before the potential listing. This dual approach aims to facilitate share transfers and establish a market-validated reference price prior to official admission.
Xryma stated that the pre-listing arrangements are designed to provide shareholders with a clear and structured exit opportunity, allowing them to sell at the same price as new institutional investors. Detailed information and instructions for shareholders regarding this process will be distributed in August 2026.
The final primary market price will be determined through a book-building process, with shareholders having the option to set a floor price. Xryma's CEO, Nikogiannis (John) Karantzis, indicated that this process addresses shareholder feedback for a simplified method to sell shares without the complexities of opening an EU brokerage account. Major shareholders, SCP Select All Enterprise and SCP Red 5 Solutions, will not participate in the offer and are subject to lock-up agreements.
