xTool O1 Omni Printer Begins Global Operations

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. – July 16, 2026 – Digital fabrication technology company xTool has officially commenced global operations for its Omni Printer O1. Following a successful pre-order phase, the device, described as the "world's first true Omni Printer," is now transitioning into production and is ready for deployment by businesses and creators.

Alongside the global debut, xTool unveiled a highly anticipated feature: the Desktop 3D Embroidery Workflow. This workflow combines direct-to-garment printing with 3D embroidery effects, enabling the creation of multi-dimensional designs within a desktop footprint.

The O1 Omni Printer's versatility is powered by its dual-printhead system, integrating UV, DTG, DTF, and UV DTF printing technologies. Users can configure the setup for dual-UV printing for layered effects or a hybrid UV + fabric configuration for printing on both rigid materials and apparel.

The machine also features a Pixel-Scan™ Vision System, utilizing distortion-free CIS scanning and line laser altimetry for precision. A laser-guided auto-focus adjusts printing height and prevents printhead collisions, aiding in applications like printing on tumblers through 3D modeling.

Additionally, the O1 Omni Printer supports seamless integration with other xTool devices and incorporates AI features for shape recognition and automatic pattern filling. The device achieves G7®-level color accuracy, uses certified UV and textile inks, and includes an automated maintenance system for reliability.
