YeePay Secures E-Money License from Dutch Central Bank

Payment services provider YeePay has officially obtained an electronic money institution (EMI) license from De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB), the Dutch central bank. The company stated the approval marks a significant step in its European expansion.

According to YeePay, the Dutch EMI license enhances its regulatory presence within the European Union. This will allow the company to offer compliant, localized payment services to businesses operating internationally. Terry, Senior Vice President at YeePay, noted the license as a key milestone in the company's European strategy, aiming to improve cross-border money flow and optimize transaction costs.

YeePay has established a growing portfolio of financial and payment licenses globally, including a Money Service Operator (MSO) license in Hong Kong, a U.S. Money Services Business (MSB) registration, and an EMI license in the United Kingdom. The company's services reportedly cover over 200 countries and regions, supporting real-time foreign exchange for more than 100 currencies.

The company intends to further deepen partnerships with financial institutions worldwide. Through continued investment in financial technology and regulated infrastructure, YeePay aims to make cross-border payments simpler and more efficient for internationally expanding businesses.
