Construction company YIT reported an increase in revenue for the second quarter of 2026, reaching EUR 472 million compared to EUR 456 million in the same period last year. The company's adjusted operating profit saw a significant improvement, rising to EUR 19 million from EUR 14 million a year prior. The adjusted operating profit margin increased to 3.9% from 3.1%.

For the full first half of 2026, YIT's revenue was EUR 920 million, up from EUR 905 million in the first half of 2025. Adjusted operating profit for the period stood at EUR 30 million, an increase from EUR 27 million in the previous year. The adjusted operating profit margin for the half-year was 3.3%, compared to 3.0%.

Operating cash flow after investments was EUR -12 million in the second quarter, an improvement from EUR -27 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Within the Property Development segment, adjusted operating profit saw a slight decrease but was EUR 0.4 million, compared to EUR -0.3 million.

YIT anticipates its full-year 2026 adjusted operating profit to be in the range of EUR 55–65 million. The company forecasts its annual revenue to be between EUR 1.8 and 2.0 billion.
