Yuexin Semiconductor to List on Shenzhen Stock Exchange
Chinese semiconductor manufacturer Yuexin Semiconductor will list on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's growth enterprise market on October 13. The issue price is set at 12.01 yuan per share.
Yuexin Semiconductor, a Chinese semiconductor manufacturer, has announced its upcoming listing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's ChiNext board on October 13. The company's shares will be offered at an issue price of 12.01 yuan each, bringing the total post-offering share capital to 2.878 billion shares.
Established in 2017 and headquartered in Guangzhou, Yuexin Semiconductor is the first 12-inch wafer fabrication company in the Greater Bay Area to achieve mass production. The company specializes in the manufacturing of microprocessors, power management ICs, analog chips, and power discrete devices.
The results of the company's online lottery for share subscriptions were released on September 28, with 358,848 winning bids receiving the right to subscribe for 500 A-shares each. The final allocation included 256.32 million shares through strategic placements, 179.42 million shares from online investors, and 153.79 million shares from offline placements.
