Yuvraj Singh Joins Healthtech Startup UN:BLOC as Co-Founder

Cricketer Yuvraj Singh has joined UN:BLOC, a healthtech startup currently in stealth mode, as a co-founder and investor. The company was established earlier this year by Deepak Sahni, who previously founded the at-home diagnostics provider Healthians.

UN:BLOC is reportedly developing an AI-powered healthcare platform focused on chronic disease management. The platform is expected to offer an end-to-end care model, encompassing early diagnosis, treatment, and long-term disease management. The stated aim is to address the root causes of diseases and reduce the need for lifelong medication.

This marks the second collaboration between Singh and Sahni; Singh had previously invested in Sahni's former venture, Healthians, in 2015. UN:BLOC is currently raising seed funding from a group of investors, including founders, healthcare leaders, and business executives.

The Indian healthtech market is experiencing rapid growth, with new startups leveraging AI to offer preventive healthcare and personalized treatment recommendations. Companies like UN:BLOC aim to address this expanding need by improving chronic disease management.
