Zaxby's Opens Two New York Restaurants This Summer
Southern chicken chain Zaxby's is expanding into the New York market with two new restaurant openings in the Bronx and Manhattan this summer.

Zaxby's, a chicken fingerz chain originating from the South, is opening its first New York locations this summer as part of its national expansion. The company will launch restaurants in both the Bronx and Manhattan, extending its presence to 24 states.
This expansion into a major metropolitan area marks a significant step for Zaxby's. CEO Bernard Acoca stated that the openings represent an "exciting milestone" and will bring the chain's signature offerings and "Southern hospitality" to a new customer base.
The first location opened on June 29 at 3260 Boston Road in the Bronx. This approximately 2,000-square-foot restaurant seats 15 guests and offers both dine-in service and a drive-thru. A second restaurant is slated to open later this summer at 1267 First Avenue on Manhattan's Upper East Side. This larger location, over 2,800 square feet, will feature modern design elements and self-service ordering kiosks.
Founded in 1990 in Georgia, Zaxby's has grown to over 1,000 locations nationwide. The company plans to host events to introduce the brand to New Yorkers and build excitement around its arrival in the city.
