Zeekr 9X Five-Seater Model Opens for Orders July 28

Chinese automaker Zeekr announced on July 16 that the five-seater version of its 9X model will open for large orders directly on July 28 at 10:00 AM, without a formal launch event. Pre-orders for the vehicle commenced on July 8.

Customers who had pre-ordered the 9X five-seater model were eligible for limited-time benefits valued at up to 90,000 yuan (approximately $12,400 USD). These benefits include a complimentary Naim high-fidelity audio system, a sliding central screen, and electric running boards. A 5,000 yuan (approximately $690 USD) deposit could be applied as a 10,000 yuan (approximately $1,380 USD) discount on the final purchase price, although the preliminary pricing has not yet been disclosed.

The interior of the Zeekr 9X five-seater model emphasizes spaciousness and luxury. The vehicle boasts a maximum legroom of 1.4 meters for the second-row passengers. The individual rear seats offer zero-gravity recline and an "Eames lounge chair" mode, creating a premium, first-class cabin experience.

Initially launched in September 2025 with a starting price of 465,900 yuan (approximately $64,000 USD), the direct order opening for the five-seater variant suggests Zeekr's strategy to expedite market delivery of its new models.
