Zello Health Expands U.S. Operations with End-to-End Medical Facilities
Global workforce health group Zello Health is launching its next phase of U.S. growth, offering American employers a comprehensive service for onsite medical facilities from design to management.

Zello Health, a global provider of workforce health and medical services, has announced the next phase of its expansion into the United States. The company's U.S. arm, Zello USA Inc., will offer American employers a complete, end-to-end solution for onsite medical facilities. This service encompasses the design, construction, outfitting, staffing, and governance of these medical centers, mirroring the company's established model used for governments and humanitarian agencies worldwide.
Traditionally, employers seeking to establish an onsite medical facility must engage multiple separate firms for design, construction, equipment, and staffing, often leading to a fragmented approach and unclear accountability. Zello Health aims to streamline this process by taking full responsibility under a single contract, ensuring a unified clinical standard from initial risk assessment through to ongoing operations and physician-led governance.
The facilities offered will cater to a range of needs, including clinics for workplaces and construction sites, remote camp medical units, emergency response posts, and temporary surge facilities. Zello USA will also deliver integrated workforce health programs focused on occupational medicine, screenings, clinical staffing, injury care, and operational risk management.
Andrew Hames, Founder and Group CEO of Zello, stated, "What sets us apart is that we do the work. We design, build, equip, staff and run onsite medical facilities, and we stay accountable for the care delivered in them. Having done that in some of the world's most demanding environments, we are now bringing that hands-on approach to American employers, working shoulder to shoulder with U.S. specialists who share our standards."
