Zensar Technologies Reports 4.1% Revenue Growth for Second Quarter
IT services firm Zensar Technologies posted $166.2 million in revenue for the second quarter of fiscal year 2027, driven by growth across major geographies and increased adoption of AI solutions.
Zensar Technologies reported a 4.1% sequential increase in revenue for the second quarter of fiscal year 2026-2027, reaching $166.2 million in constant currency. The company also improved its EBITDA margin to 15.8%, marking a 120 basis point expansion compared to the previous quarter.
The revenue growth was consistent across primary regions, with the US rising by 4.5% and Africa by 6.7%. The Banking and Financial Services sector performed notably well, recording 7.1% growth, while the Telecommunication, Media, and Technology segment faced a 2.2% decline. The Healthcare and Life Sciences sector saw a 2.4% quarterly increase.
CEO Manish Tandon highlighted the role of artificial intelligence in the company's performance, noting that AI-influenced deals now account for 36% of the total order book. The company is currently pivoting its AI strategy from proof-of-concept projects to large-scale production implementation to address client needs in digital modernization and cybersecurity.
