Zhongji Innolight has priced its Hong Kong IPO at HK$980 per share, raising a total of HK$53.41 billion, equivalent to approximately $6.81 billion. Trading is slated to commence on July 30, positioning the deal as one of Hong Kong's largest listings in recent years.

The offering saw strong investor interest, particularly from retail investors. The retail tranche was 9.17 times oversubscribed, attracting margin loans totaling HK$55.99 billion. Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing has announced plans to enable options and short-selling eligibility for the shares from their first trading day.

Zhongji Innolight specializes in the production of optical transceivers, critical components for high-speed data transmission. These devices convert electrical signals into optical signals and vice versa. Their products are integral to data centers, cloud infrastructure, and artificial intelligence systems, facilitating connectivity between servers and other network equipment through fiber-optic networks.
