Zimmer Biomet Reports Third Quarter Revenue Growth and Updates Full-Year Guidance
Zimmer Biomet recorded $2.063 billion in net sales for the third quarter of 2026, marking a 3.1% year-over-year increase. The company raised its annual outlook following strong performance in key surgical franchises.

Zimmer Biomet Holdings reported net sales of $2.063 billion for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, an increase of 3.1% compared to the same period in 2025. On a constant currency basis, sales grew by 3.7%. While adjusted diluted earnings per share (EPS) remained flat at $1.90, the company’s reported diluted EPS declined by 13.8% to $1.00.
CEO Ivan Tornos attributed the growth to performance in the company's hip, bone cement, and surgical technology franchises. To support future demand, the company has expanded its robotics distribution agreement with THINK Surgical and opened a new training facility in North Carolina. These operational milestones are intended to bolster the company’s commercial footprint in the U.S. orthopedic market.
Building on these results, Zimmer Biomet has increased its full-year 2026 guidance for organic constant-currency sales and adjusted EPS. The company generated $560 million in operating cash flow during the quarter, providing a stable foundation for its ongoing investment and growth strategy.
