The subscription involved a total of 36,643 new B shares, issued at a price of SEK 56 per share. These shares were subscribed under the terms of the company's resolved option program from May 31, 2022.
Following this transaction, the total number of B shares in Zinzino AB now stands at 34,922,597. The overall number of shares in the company has increased to 39,435,989.
