ZonPrep Acquires FNSKU Studio and Wizard-Industries to Enhance Amazon Inbound Logistics

Amazon-focused supply chain operator ZonPrep has expanded its capabilities by acquiring FNSKU Studio and Wizard-Industries, companies whose software it has utilized for years. This acquisition marks a significant deepening of ZonPrep's investment in the inbound logistics sector for Amazon sellers.

The acquired software platforms are widely used not only by ZonPrep but also by a broad range of Amazon sellers, prep centers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers across the industry. This integration is expected to streamline operations for a substantial part of the Amazon seller ecosystem.

ZonPrep anticipates that the acquisition will lead to improvements in processes and foster growth for both the acquired platforms and ZonPrep's own services. The company has stated that current users of the FNSKU Studio and Wizard-Industries platforms will not experience immediate disruption to their operations.
