Zoomlion Expands European Service Network
Zoomlion has expanded its customer service network across Europe, now covering over 30 cities and promising a 4-hour response time for on-site assistance.
Chinese construction machinery manufacturer Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has broadened its customer service capabilities in Europe. The company announced its service network now spans over 30 cities in more than 20 countries, including approximately 10 training and service centers.
The expanded network offers professional training, spare parts supply, technical support, and a commitment to providing on-site assistance within four hours for six major product lines. Notably, Zoomlion has inaugurated its first international training center dedicated to concrete machinery in Poland. Developed by Zoomlion's Polish subsidiary, this facility aims to address the operational and maintenance needs of concrete equipment users throughout Europe.
This expansion is part of Zoomlion's global strategy to localize services and enhance customer support. The company intends to adapt its local service networks to meet the specific demands and operating conditions of international markets, improving response efficiency and customer support throughout the product lifecycle. Future plans include increasing the local engineering team, expanding spare parts inventory, and extending the 4-hour service model beyond major European urban hubs.
Zoomlion's after-sales service network supports clients using earthmoving machinery, aerial work platforms, tower cranes, concrete equipment, agricultural machinery, and industrial vehicles. The company has established regional spare parts distribution and training hubs, with Germany serving as a key regional center, supported by national parts depots in Rotterdam, Paris, Birmingham, and Warsaw, along with city-level parts warehouses.
