Zoomlion Expands European Service Network
Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology has expanded its European customer service network to over 30 cities in 20 countries, offering professional training and four-hour on-site support.

Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology (Zoomlion) has expanded its localized customer service operations across Europe, now covering more than 30 cities in over 20 countries. The company aims to provide professional training, spare parts support, and technical assistance, with a commitment to four-hour on-site service for its six main product lines.
A significant addition is Zoomlion's first international training center dedicated to concrete machinery, which has begun operations in Poland. This facility is designed to support the operational and maintenance needs of concrete machinery users throughout Europe.
Zoomlion's service model in Europe prioritizes customer demands for parts availability, timely supply, technical documentation, and professional training. The company states that service technicians can connect with customers for on-site assistance within four hours of a request.
The expanded service network supports a range of machinery, including earthmoving equipment, aerial work platforms, engineering cranes, concrete machinery, agricultural machinery, and industrial vehicles. Germany serves as a regional hub, supported by national parts centers and additional training points across several European countries.
