Zoomlion Expands European Service Network With Four-Hour On-Site Support

Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has significantly expanded its service capabilities in Europe, establishing a network that spans more than 30 cities across 20 countries. This enhanced service infrastructure includes a multi-tier spare parts network and digital service platforms, designed to provide professional training, parts support, technical assistance, and a commitment to four-hour on-site service for its six major product lines.

A key development is the opening of Zoomlion's first dedicated international training center for concrete machinery in Poland. This facility aims to support the operational and maintenance needs of concrete equipment users throughout Europe. In its initial operations, the center conducted a two-day customized training program for concrete pump truck operators.

The company states its European service model is built around local customer priorities, emphasizing parts availability, timely supply, technical documentation, and expert training for complex fault diagnosis. When on-site support is needed, Zoomlion claims its engineers can reach customers within four hours. Service requests are managed through multiple channels, including a hotline, email, digital platforms, and social media, with an initial response aim of one hour.

Key European operations are coordinated from Germany, serving as a regional hub for distribution, parts supply, major repairs, and training. This is supported by national parts centers in Rotterdam, Paris, Birmingham, and Warsaw, along with city-level warehouses. Additional training centers are located in Hungary and Poland, with training points in France, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. Zoomlion plans to further invest in its local engineering teams and spare parts inventory, while improving remote diagnostic capabilities.
