Zoomlion Expands Mining Machinery Business Amid International Revenue Growth

Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is expanding its mining machinery sector, reporting a significant increase in business for the first half of 2026. The mining machinery division saw a year-on-year growth of over 57.20%. Concurrently, the company's overall international revenue rose by 12.45% to RMB 15.535 billion, making up 57.25% of its total revenue.

The company's strategy emphasizes reducing equipment operating costs through ongoing product development, real-world testing, and the adoption of new technologies. Key products include the 400-tonne mining excavator ZE4000G and the 300-tonne payload hybrid electric-drive mining truck ZTE520. Zoomlion highlights that its electrified and hybrid models offer substantial fuel savings and improved operational profitability.

Zoomlion is also integrating automation and digital technologies, deploying autonomous trucks and remotely operated excavators to enhance productivity in mining operations. According to the company, a fleet coordination system increased average daily truck trips by over 10% at a northern China metal mine.

To support its global expansion, Zoomlion is strengthening localized manufacturing, sales, and service capabilities. The company operates over 300 service outlets and spare parts warehouses worldwide. Recent international developments include the start of production at its Hungarian aerial work platform factory and the expansion of its German facility into a multipurpose hub. International revenue growth was particularly strong in South America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, and East Asia.
