Zoomlion Integrates Digital Standards Management into Product Development

Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology has strengthened its digital standards management, integrating technical standards into its product development process and bolstering international compliance. This initiative is designed to support equipment innovation and facilitate the preparation of products for global market entry.

The company has established platforms for managing corporate standards, accessing export product compliance information, and monitoring technical requirements affecting international trade. These systems enable teams to track regulatory changes, identify compliance needs early, and coordinate standards management throughout the product lifecycle.

To date, Zoomlion has led or participated in the development and revision of over 620 Chinese national, industry, and association standards. This includes nearly 70 standards related to intelligent equipment, digital technologies, electrification, and environmental performance. The company also actively engages in developing international standards concerning remote equipment communication, safety, and design.

Standards development is closely linked to Zoomlion's research and product innovation efforts. In the first half of 2026, the company completed over 900 product development projects and launched nearly 200 new products, including the LW3600-240NB tower crane for wind turbine installation and a hybrid loader. Zoomlion plans to continue integrating digital standards management across research, manufacturing, and service operations.
